The IRSS is an evaluation tool that focuses on identifying contracting parties' challenges and opportunities for implementation of the Convention (IPPC), ISPMs and CPM recommendations. The objective of the IRSS is to analyze the gaps identified through studies and surveys to recommend measures for the improvement of the implementation of the IPPC , ISPMs and CPM recommendations. The IRSS topics are submitted through the IC, SC, CPM Bureau, RPPOs and IPPC Secretariat during the call for IRSS topics.
